Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy – Woman Empowering Journey (WEJ)

At Woman Empowering Journey (WEJ), we offer handmade, handcrafted, and customized art products. As each product is carefully created with time and effort, please read our policy before placing an order.

1. No Refund Policy

All orders are non-refundable. Once an order is placed, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

1. Replacement Policy

A replacement will only be provided if:

* The product is received in a damaged condition.
* An incorrect product has been delivered.

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos/videos along with their order details.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement of the same or a similar product, subject to availability.

1. Handmade Product Variations

All our products are handmade. Minor variations in color, design, texture, size, or finishing are a natural part of handcrafted products and shall not be considered defects. Therefore, such variations are not eligible for replacement.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted as production, customization, or order processing may have already begun.

1. Customized Orders

We also create customized and personalized products according to customer requirements.

For customization requests, special designs, bulk orders, or personalized artwork, customers may contact us before placing their order. Once a customized order is confirmed and work has started, it cannot be cancelled, returned, replaced, or refunded except in case of damage during transit.
